The Executive Director champions the arts as an essential part of the Mid-Pacific experience, cultivating an ambitious and coherent vision across a diverse range of artistic disciplines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an arts-related field is required.
• Significant experience in arts and culture leadership is required.
• Proven leadership and people-management experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Experience managing complex budgets and financial oversight.
• Experience with fundraising and stakeholder relations.

Responsibilities

• Provide visionary leadership for a distinctive pre-conservatory arts program within a vibrant educational community.
• Champion the arts as essential to the Mid-Pacific experience and build partnerships with local and national arts organizations.
• Oversee budgets and collaborate with program heads and the business office to ensure fiscal sustainability.
• Lead recruitment, fundraising, and stakeholder engagement to support MPSA priorities.
• Supervise faculty including classroom observations and performance evaluations.
• Ensure a safe and inclusive school environment and strong community relations.
