Placements24 is seeking a visionary Art Director to lead the artistic vision and execution for upcoming projects in Welkom. You will define the visual style, guide the art team, and ensure coherence and quality across all visuals, elevating production value.

You will lead a diverse team of artists, collaborate with producers and directors, and develop the art pipeline to optimize efficiency while maintaining a unique, compelling visual identity that resonates with audiences.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading art creation in Arts & Entertainment.
• Strong understanding of art principles: composition, color, lighting.
• Experience directing teams in a fast-paced production.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the artistic vision and style guide for projects.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of artists.
• Oversee creation of visual assets ensuring adherence to art direction.
