Job summary

Manpower, Inc. is seeking a Vision Systems Engineering Leader to guide the Electrical, Software, and Imaging AI teams, modernize legacy inspection lines, and drive a unified product portfolio built on current software and GPU-accelerated AI technologies.

The role requires a strong track record in industrial machine vision, strategic leadership, and the ability to coordinate across engineering and cross-functional groups to deliver high-performance vision solutions.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in engineering or tech teams.
• Strong communication abilities and collaborative mindset.
• Experience with AI-based defect detection and vision systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and oversee the Electrical, Software, and Imaging AI Engineering teams supporting vision product lines.
• Modernize and consolidate legacy inspection product lines into a unified, cutting-edge portfolio.
• Partner with engineering leadership and cross-functional teams to align resources and execute strategic initiatives.
• Lead the development of a technology roadmap, system architecture, and end-to-end system integration including cameras, optics, illumination, and machine controls.
• Drive innovation in AI-based defect detection, classification, and root-cause analysis for various substrates, ensuring high performance and reliability.
