Blount Fine Foods in Fall River, Massachusetts, is looking for a reliable technician for their 3rd shift. You will be responsible for maintaining Vision System machines, ensuring continuous operation and minimal downtime.

The ideal candidate has a technical school certification or relevant experience. The job offers a pay range of $22.00 to $22.55 per hour and benefits including medical, dental, and a 401k with company match.

Qualifications

• Completed college or technical school certificate.
• Experience in machine maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance of Vision System machines.
• Repair breakdowns during production.
• Make proactive line adjustments to prevent downtime.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize processing time.
• Learn and teach key adjustments of Vision System equipment.

Education

One year certificate from college or technical school

The pay range for this job is $22.00 to $22.55 per hour.

Summary

This position is 3rd shift. 12am start time.

Responsible for the continuous and “trouble free” running of the Vision System machines incorporated within the Cup Pack out processing department. In event of absence, position will be filled by adequately trained personnel.

Essential Duties

• Daily maintenance of all Vision System machines within the Cup Pack out department
• Repair of any breakdowns during normal production.
• Proactive line adjustments, to prevent lost processing time.
• Continuous equipment Preventative Maintenance, in order to eliminate or minimize future processing “down time”
• Ability to learn all aspects of Vision System equipment, with the ability to teach others key primary adjustments.

Education and/or Experience

• One year certificate from college or technical school; or four to six years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Machine maintenance experience preferred.
