Job summary

Johnson & Johnson’s Vision Q&C Internship offers hands-on experience in quality and process control for the Summer 2027 cohort. Interns will be placed at Jacksonville, FL or Irvine, CA with a 12-week program running May/June to August 2027, totaling 40 hours per week.

Participants receive mentorship, professional development, and networking with leadership, plus housing stipend possibilities and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Completion of Undergraduate Freshman year required.
• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Biology, Microbiology, Math, Chemistry, Biochemistry/Molecular Biology, Biostatistics, Environmental Science, Engineering fields.
• GPA requirement: 3.0 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Intern will be assigned to a single function with a specific project.
• Internship duration is 12 weeks.
• Onsite assignment with potential for hybrid schedules and relocation.
• Housing stipend may be offered for some roles.
