Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Vision Care, Inc. is seeking interns for the 2027 Vision Q&C program in Jacksonville, FL or Irvine, CA. The internship runs 12 weeks from May/June to August 2027, with full‑time hours (40 per week) and relocation support as needed.

Interns will be assigned to a single function with a defined project, receive coaching and mentorship, and participate in leadership and professional development activities.

Qualifications

• Completion of Undergraduate Freshman year at an accredited University is required.
• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Biology, Microbiology, Math, Chemistry, Biochemistry/Molecular Biology, Biostatistics, Environmental Science - ENGINEERING: ...
• Have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher, which is reflective of all college coursework.
• You must not have any Summer Internship contract or other employment commitment that could interfere with the contract dates specified for this position.
• Ability to provide transportation to/from the work location is required.
• Ability to demonstrate strong analytical and quantitative skills is required.
• Excellent communication, presentation skills and leadership skills are preferred.
• Ability to balance multiple projects and initiatives while delivering results.
• Must be a self‑starter who works independently while contributing to team goals.
• Proven leadership/participation with campus programs and/or community service activities.

Responsibilities

• University hires play an important role in enhancing our business. We plan to hire students from various majors for our 2027 Internships.
• The intern program provides each student with real‑life hands‑on experience, coaching and mentoring, networking opportunities, as well as the opportunity to meet people from various schools throughout the country.
• Each intern will be assigned to a single function with a specific project.
• Internship duration is 12 weeks.
• Assignment will be onsite, with potential for hybrid schedules, and will require relocation.
