Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in EE/SE/CE/OE or commensurate experience.
• 5+ years hands-on experience designing, integrating, or supporting machine-vision systems.
• Applied knowledge of lighting, optics, cameras, electronics, imaging algorithms.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision-system workstream for transfer projects from requirements through stable production and handoff.
• Define inspection objectives, defect criteria, measurement needs, cycle-time requirements, and acceptance standards with stakeholders.
• Design or specify machine-vision solutions using cameras, lenses, lighting, sensors, and image-processing methods.
• Configure and integrate vision-system hardware and software with production equipment and data systems.
• Plan and execute installation, calibration, FAT/SAT, qualification, and performance verification.
