This role serves as a leader who helps people move from attending to fully engaging in the mission of The Church of Eleven22® through Vision Engagement (VE) environments, processes and teams. This role partners with campus and central ministries to align all VE efforts to the discipleship journey of discovering and deepening a relationship with Jesus Christ.
Work Hours Expectations: 40 hours or more.
Schedule Expectations: Monday through Friday (hours can vary based on the church's needs and Vision Engagement needs to include working full weekends).
The church has several big events ("All-Skates") throughout the year to help further the mission of Eleven22. These events are mandatory for all staff to be in attendance and may vary, depending on the vision cast for the current year.

This role works primarily in a professional office environment using standard office equipment, including computers, phones and other office technology. Most of the work is sedentary, but the position may require work in offsite and outdoor environments with exposure to varying weather conditions and wildlife, extended periods of standing and physical activity during events, the ability to lift up to 25 pounds and some travel.
The ministerial exception furthers the purposes of the Free Exercise and Establishment Clauses of the First Amendment by barring legal claims against church bodies by staff members who perform religious functions. All church pastors are subject to the exception, but a formal ministerial credential is not required. While there is no rigid formula to determine other church staff members that qualify, various factors are considered to determine which staff members are subject to the ministerial exception (please see handbook).
