Atkins & Pearce Inc in Covington, KY, is seeking a Vision and Controls Engineer to lead the development and integration of machine vision inspection and PLC-based controls across the plant. You will own projects from concept through installation and commissioning, interfacing with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Operations to improve product quality and production performance.

Strong PLC and machine vision experience required.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on experience in vision/controls
• Strong experience with Ladder Logic and Structured Text on PLC platforms
• Hands-on experience with machine vision and dimensional inspection systems

Mansioni

• Program, calibrate, and troubleshoot machine vision systems and PLC-based controls
• Integrate vision systems with PLC controlled equipment and data reporting
• Develop electrical schematics and CAD models; train operators and maintenance personnel
• Support projects from concept through installation, commissioning, and production support
