Qualifications

• One year of optician experience including dispensing eyeglasses and knowledge of equipment, lenses and frames.
• Experience with new optometry technology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interprets prescriptions and helps patients select eyewear.
• Takes optical measurements and fits eyewear; instructs on cleaning and care.
• Repairs, adjusts and dispenses lenses and frames; ensures quality before dispensing.
