Walmart's Vision Center at WM Supercenter #1105, 4450 E Mccain Blvd, North Little Rock, AR is seeking an optician or apprentice optician to join our team. This full-time role offers a hourly wage of $34.50–$46.00 and may include varying shifts.

You'll elevate customer service by ensuring accurate pricing, in-stock levels, and proper signing. You will supervise associates, support community outreach, and help maintain compliance with policies while delivering quality eyewear and service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of college or 1 year retail supervisory experience, or 2 years general work with 1 year optical.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current eligibility to work as an optician or apprentice optician under applicable state laws.

Responsibilities

• Drive Vision Center sales through effective merchandising, pricing, signing, and inventory management.
• Supervise associates, guide customer service, resolve issues per company standards.
• Lead community outreach and ensure compliance with policies and safety controls.
• Provide eyewear consulting, measurements, prescription verification, and minor repairs.
