Qualifications

  • 2+ years of college OR 1 year retail experience and 1 year supervisory experience OR 2 years general work experience including 1 year optical experience.

  • Current eligibility to work as an optician or apprentice optician under applicable state laws, regulations, and/or rules.

Responsibilities

  • Drives sales in the Vision Center by ensuring effective merchandise presentation, proper signing, in-stock levels, budgeting and forecasting.
  • Provides supervision and development opportunities for Associates, hiring, training, mentoring and promoting a belonging mindset.
  • Ensures compliance with policies and procedures, asset protection, safety controls, and quality assurance reviews in the Vision Center.

Position Summary... What you'll do...
