Qualifications

• 2+ years of college OR 1 year retail experience and 1 year supervisory OR 2 years general work experience including 1 year optical experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees merchandise presentation, proper pricing, signing, in-stock levels and inventory management.
• Provides supervision, training and development for Vision Center Associates.
• Ensures compliance with company policies, asset protection and safety controls.
• Coordinates with stakeholders to meet customer and business needs and drives performance.
