Visionworks is hiring a part-time Senior Optical Specialist-Lead to ensure an exceptional patient journey. You will be the face of the store, applying optical knowledge to recommend solutions that fit each eye care need while meeting daily sales goals.

Role requires 12 months optical experience or ABO Certification, HS diploma or GED, and license maintenance per state guidelines where applicable. Competitive benefits accompany this position.

Qualifications

• 12 months optical experience or ABO Certification in lieu of experience.
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience.
• Maintain Optician License requirements per state guidelines, as needed.

Responsabilités

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey.
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs.
• Measure patients/customers for their eyewear and maintain product/optical knowledge through training to ensure eyewear is right the first time.
• Execute day-to-day operational activities to support the store's financial and customer experience goals, including opening and closing the store as needed in leadership roles.
