Job summary

Visionworks in Spokane is seeking a Sr. Optical Specialist - Lead/Sales Lead to be the face of our store, guiding patients through the eyewear journey with a friendly, human and bold approach.

This part-time role requires optical knowledge, a passion for helping customers look great and see great, plus the ability to meet daily sales goals and mentor team members through the Visionworks experience. ABO certification or 12 months optical experience preferred; HS diploma or GED required; training

Qualifications

• 12 months optical experience or ABO Certification.
• Related customer or patient experience preferred.
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience.

Responsibilities

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey.
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs.
• Measure patients/customers for their eyewear and maintain product/optical knowledge through cont. training and development to ensure eyewear is Right the First Time.
• Execute day-to-day operational activities to support the store's financial and customer experience goals including restocking inventory, merchandising, and order fulfillment of eyewear to ship.
