Job summary

Vision To Learn is expanding to Wisconsin, launching a new program serving the Madison area. The Program Coordinator will coordinate with key district partners, clinical staff, and operations with daily reporting, tracking, communication, and scheduling.

A successful Program Coordinator can set incremental goals and accomplish them, handling a wide range of tasks. Under the supervision of the Program Manager, the coordinator will lead all operations processes for the region while measuring

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Two or more years’ experience working with schools preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Clean Wisconsin driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with district partners, clinical staff, and operations daily.
• Maintain reporting, scheduling, and data entry for the region.
• Manage staff schedules and MOUs compliance.
• Travel regularly to schools in Dane County, Rock County area, and surrounding counties.
• Support program data entry in EHR, spreadsheets and Basecamp.
