Job summary

Versant Health is seeking a Merchandise Processing Technician responsible for the timely and accurate receipt and scanning of all materials returned from our provider network, while ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining a safe workplace.

The role involves inspecting frames, preparing items for scanning, entering SKUs into the DC Workbench, and supporting the Returns Supervisor as needed. You will keep work areas clean and participate in required trainings.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and interpret documentation and use basic computer applications.
• Experience with scanning/stockroom processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify providers to be scanned through review of current Control Logs.
• Visually inspect frames for irregularities (missing tags, damaged frames).
• Prepare frames to be scanned through the DC Workbench scan process.
• Scan all properly tagged frames into the DC Workbench system.
• Identify all non-tagged frames for style, size and color, locate the appropriate SKU number from the inventory list, and manually enter the SKU into DC Workbench.
• Process Tote Return and deliver to the De-tag/Cleaning area.
• Act as secondary means of support when the Returns Supervisor is unavailable.
• Maintain the cleanliness of all equipment, workstations, and the facility daily.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
