Qualifications

• OD degree required and licensed to practice in California.
• Experience supervising an optometry office or owning an optometry business.
• Experience using ophthalmic medicines and managing ocular pathology.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and operational oversight for Vision Services.
• Lead provider performance reviews and competency evaluations.
• Recruit and retain providers and support staff.
• Coordinate care across Eye Care Institute, North Bay Eye, and related centers.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and drive care delivery innovations.
