Job summary

Zoetis in Lincoln, NE is seeking a Manufacturing Laboratory Technician to support production of bulk viral antigen in a GMP environment. You will perform processes and operate equipment, follow safety policies, and maintain cleanroom practices. Hours: 1st Shift, 7:15am - 3:45pm; overtime, weekends, and holidays may be required.

A high school diploma is required; a BS in Biological sciences is preferred. Zoetis offers a $500 sign-on bonus, paid vacation and holidays, 401(k) with profit sharing,

Qualifications

High school degree or equivalent required; BS in Biological sciences preferred.
Experience in biological production and/or aseptic manufacturing preferred.
Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills; good communication and computer skills.

Responsibilities

Perform processes and operate equipment required for production of bulk viral antigen.
Apply good cell culture practices for viral and antibody production; operate downstream processing equipment.
Maintain GMP documentation and follow safety policies to protect personnel and product quality.
