Job summary

Zoetis, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to support biologics manufacturing at our Charles City facility.

The role entails aseptic processing in a regulated cleanroom, following cGMPs and SOPs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality vaccines for animal health worldwide. The position requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to work in a production environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work successfully in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform aseptic processing activities while following cleanroom procedures and contamination control practices.
• Execute manufacturing tasks in accordance with cGMPs, batch records, manufacturing directions, and SOPs.
• Set up, operate, monitor, and tear down production equipment used during manufacturing operations.
• Complete cGMP documentation accurately and maintain required department records.
• Maintain inventory of materials and supplies needed for production activities.
• Follow site safety, quality, and financial procedures.
• Collaborate with team members and cross-functional partners to support daily manufacturing goals.
• Wear required cleanroom PPE, including Tyvek gowns and respiratory protection when required.
