Job summary

Vanguard is seeking a senior cloud engineer to design, implement, and deploy platforms that meet business needs across hybrid environments in the United States. You will develop standards, test technologies, and drive automation using AWS, focusing on Citrix SaaS deployments and multi-region support.

You’ll partner with senior engineers and cross‑functional teams to monitor health, scale services, and improve deployment processes, with a strong emphasis on reliability and documentation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in related work experience.
• 5+ years AWS automation experience.
• 5+ years supporting virtualization platforms.
• Undergraduate degree or the equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Familiarity with Entra ID (Azure AD), RBAC, and MFA concepts preferred.
• Experience with automation tools (PowerShell, Terraform, or similar) required.
• Strong troubleshooting and operational support skills.

• Monitor Citrix health, performance, and capacity using dashboards and AWS monitoring tools.
• Work closely with senior engineers, architects, and cross‑functional teams (networking, security, endpoint, service desk).
• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
