Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. is seeking a Network / System Engineer III to join our Infrastructure Support team, focusing on enterprise virtualization and cloud infrastructure.

You will help engineering and operations deliver high availability and scalable virtualization capabilities across the Internal Cloud HCI stack. The ideal candidate has 4–5 years in virtualization, strong Linux skills, VMware knowledge, and experience with upgrades, patches, and automation integration.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience in engineering or operating enterprise virtualization platforms in production.
• Hands-on Linux workloads and infrastructure troubleshooting in virtualized environments.
• Familiarity with VMware concepts and hyperconverged infrastructure fundamentals.
• Experience supporting virtualization lifecycle activities such as upgrades, patching, and performance triage.
• Strong understanding of enterprise virtualization best practices and automation integration.

Responsibilities

• Engineer and maintain the virtualization layer of the Internal Cloud HCI stack, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Support lifecycle activities such as upgrades, patches, and stability testing for enterprise virtualization platforms.
• Collaborate with automation and platform teams to deliver consistent virtualization capabilities within the HCI environment.
• Validate performance and resiliency of virtualization layers, supporting enterprise workload types including virtual machines, containers, and grid compute.
• Develop and uphold operational standards, configurations, and engineering patterns for virtualization platforms.

As a Network / System Engineer III, you will be part of the Infrastructure Support team supporting enterprise virtualization and cloud infrastructure.
