Charlie Health is hiring exceptional mental health professionals in Kentucky to provide remote, telehealth services for adolescents and young adults. Applicants should possess a Master's degree in mental health and relevant experience in group facilitation.

Successful candidates will demonstrate commitment to improving youth mental health, effectively engage clients in virtual settings, and work collaboratively with the care team. Flexibility is required with evening and weekend availability.

Competenze

• Must be available during late afternoons and evenings on weekdays (3-8pm MT on Monday to Thursday) and on Saturdays.
• Experience working with youth and young adults.
• Creative and engaging, especially over video.

Mansioni

• Complete all onboarding requirements within 2 weeks of start date.
• Facilitate groups following best practices and using assigned curriculum.
• Monitor treatment documentation to ensure all notes are completed.
