Atrium Health seeks an Advanced Practitioner to support a growing virtual weight management hub. The role focuses on delivering care to primary care patients via telehealth, with plans to expand into sleep health and cognition, while supporting multi-state licensing and a strong patient-centered approach.

The position offers M-F, 8a-5p hours and a balance between patient care and administrative duties in a remote setting, emphasizing innovation and a collaborative care team.

AtriumHealth is seeking anAdvancedPractitioner to support a growing wellness hub. The hub willlaunch witha comprehensive weight management program and plans to expand into other wellness offeringssuch as sleep healthand cognition.

• Schedule: M-F 8a-5p, 34 patient contact hours (6 hours admin time weekly)

• Advanced Practitionerswith a care team approach
