Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Active Nurse Practitioner license and RN licensure as per state requirements.
• Minimum 3 years experience in Urgent Care or Primary Care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct age-appropriate history and virtual exams.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat conditions across the lifespan.
• Develop and document treatment plans.
