Base pay range

$40.00/hr - $45.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Provide group therapy (and/or individual therapy as needed) via telehealth toco-ed first responder and military clients—active and retired.
• Use trauma-informed, evidence-based practices to meet each client where they are.
• Maintain clear, timely clinical documentation (we make it easy and streamlined).
• Collaborate with a passionate, experienced multidisciplinary team.
• Join remote team check-ins or clinical consults as needed.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted clinical license inTennessee (TN)(LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Psychologist).
• 2+ years of clinical experience (bonus points for trauma, substance use, or co-occurring work).
• Genuine interest or experience working withfirst responders and military populations.
• Strong telehealth and communication skills.
• Availability for6–9 hours per week, with flexibility.
