The role requires balancing execution with advisory responsibilities across engineering, security, and professional services, driving improvements and managing risk in complex environments.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting financial services in managed services, consulting, or enterprise tech.
• Strong communication with technical teams and executives.
• Deep understanding of infrastructure, cloud, and cybersecurity.
• Ability to coordinate large technology initiatives across teams.
• Familiarity with regulated environments and compliance-driven models.
• Exceptional organizational and client relationship skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive accountability.
• Interest in AI, automation, and new ops tech.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary operational technology partner for clients, aligning infra, cloud, security with business objectives.
• Act as technical liaison between client stakeholders and Abacus teams.
• Perform targeted hands-on work while coordinating larger engineering efforts.
• Support modernization and governance alignment in regulated environments.
• Coordinate complex support matters across multiple teams and vendors.
• Guide clients through AI-enabled solutions and adoption.
