Job summary

Edmentum is a tech-enabled learning solutions company embracing a remote-first culture. We seek a dedicated educator to deliver live, on-camera instruction for five hours or more each instructional day in a virtual classroom, adapting to student needs and data to personalize learning.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Education with an active CTE-Technology license for grades 6-12 in TX or PA and has experience in virtual or hybrid settings, delivering engaging lessons and maintaining

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education and an active Texas or Pennsylvania teaching license in CTE-Technology for grades 6-12.
• Experience teaching in virtual and/or in-person settings and comfort with live online classrooms.
• Ability to teach live for 5+ hours per day and be engaging on camera.

Responsibilities

• Deliver live, on-camera instruction for five or more hours per day.

Job description

• Deliver live, on-camera synchronous instruction for five (5) or more hours per day, every scheduled instructional day, creating an engaging and structured virtual classroom.
• Use student performance data to personalize instruction, identify learning gaps, and adapt your approach to meet each student where they are.
• Provide timely, meaningful feedback on student work and maintain accurate records that keep students and families informed.

Requirements:

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field and an active state teaching license in Texas and/or Pennsylvania in CTE-Technology grades 6-12.
• Have experience teaching in virtual and/or in-person settings and be comfortable with live online classrooms.
• Be confident and engaging on camera, able to teach live for five (5) or more consecutive hours per day.
