Job Summary:
The Virtual Strategic Relationship Manager (VSRM) will report directly to the Distribution Relationship Leader and will be responsible for overseeing and driving the growth, strategy, and performance of PCS insurance distribution partners in a remote capacity. This role will strengthen broker and agency partnerships through virtual engagement, ensuring the delivery of tailored insurance solutions that protect the lifestyle and assets of HNW individuals. The successful candidate is an effective communicator who can align and influence internal and external stakeholders while building trust and commitment for PCS.
