Job summary

Soliant is seeking a qualified Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to deliver teletherapy to students in Ohio schools. This fully remote contract (1099) role offers flexibility, independence, and weekly pay while supporting student communication objectives.

Candidates must hold an active Ohio SLP license (or be licensed in their state of residence), CCC-SLP, and a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology. Prior school-based experience is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required.
• CCC-SLP certification is required or preferred for practice.
• Experience in school-based settings is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual speech and language assessments and evaluations for students
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals and treatment plans
• Provide engaging teletherapy sessions aligned with educational standards
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
• Monitor student progress and participate in virtual IEP meetings as needed

Compensation: $45-55/Hour, paid weekly

About The Role
