Job summary

ACCEL Schools seeks a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide virtual therapy for Founders Classical Academy Online, serving Texas students in grades K–11. You will collaborate with teachers, families, and district staff to design strength-based treatment plans and ensure IEP/ETR processes are followed.

Travel for in-person state testing and events is required a few times per year. You will analyze assessments, document progress, attend IEP meetings, and support student access to the

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid SLP licensure and state credentials.
• Strong ability to collect, analyze, and interpret student data.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality virtual speech-language therapy services to students in grades K–11.
• Conduct assessments, write reports, and develop strength-based treatment plans.
• Ensure IEP/ETR compliance and progress monitoring per guidelines.
• Attend IEP/ETR meetings and document findings timely.
• Collaborate with teachers and educational team members.
