Job summary

Point Quest Group is seeking a Short Term Virtual Speech Language Pathologist to deliver school-based services in a K-12 setting. This full-time, short-term role offers hourly pay and requires an active SLP license for Michigan.

The incumbent will conduct assessments, develop IEP-aligned treatment plans, provide direct therapy, and collaborate with teachers and families to promote student progress. Applicants should have strong organizational and communication skills, be comfortable supervising

Qualifications

• Current Speech Language Pathologist license in the state where services are delivered.
• DOJ/FBI Live Scan background and TB clearance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• One year of school-based caseload experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Conduct formalized and dynamic assessments to determine eligibility and level of functioning.
• Develop and coordinate treatment plans with interdisciplinary team members.
• Provide direct speech therapy services aligned with IEP goals.
• Complete and maintain compliant IEPs; participate in annual and triennial reviews.
• Consult with teachers and families to support generalization of communication skills.
• Maintain accurate therapy notes, assessment data, and progress documentation.
• Supervise and support SLPAs, including monitoring supervision hours.
