We’re founded by a team of world-class sleep physicians, engineers, and operators. Now, we are growing our care team and looking for a board-certified Sleep Medicine physician to deliver a magical healthcare experience.

About the role
You’ll be joining as an early employee, working alongside our founder Dr. Sahil Chopra, MD. You’ll develop and scale patient care delivery, helping in all aspects of patient care including diagnosis, treatments, and consultations. In addition to care delivery, we’re counting on you to maintain an exciting culture and collaborate closely with our product & engineering teams.

What you’ll do
Perform consultations and ongoing care for our members who have sleep disorders, such as obstructive sleep apnea, insomnia, RLS and circadian rhythm disorders.
Order and review diagnostic tests and tools for our members, including home sleep tests (level II and PPG based tools), CPAP machine, and more
Develop care protocols that are rooted in sleep test endotyping and clinical phenotyping.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals such as primary care physicians to ensure a collaborative care
Prescribe appropriate pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic treatments to optimize human sleep through endotyping patients based on longitudinal sleep data.
Educate members about sleep health and drive optimal health outcomes
Collaborate with the founding team to ideate, plan, organize and execute protocols that improve member outcomes

Completion of Sleep Medicine Fellowship, with ideally 1-3 years of clinical non-training experience.

Can work in a high-touch, customer service-orientated practice with insight on how to foster and maintain a satisfying patient experience
