Job summary

ValorPrep seeks a certified Secondary Science Teacher for a fully online program. You will design and deliver engaging virtual science lessons, monitor student progress, and maintain proactive communication with families and students.

The ideal candidate holds an AZ teaching certificate with a science endorsement, a bachelor’s degree in education, and has experience with middle or high school learners. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual learning tools is expected.

Qualifications

• Must hold AZ teaching certificate with science endorsement.
• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field.
• Experience teaching middle or high school preferred.
• Strong tech skills to support diverse learners.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging virtual instruction.
• Lead core science classes and provide individualized feedback.
• Maintain consistent communication with students and families.
• Offer daily office hours to support learning.
• Grade assignments within 24–48 hours with feedback.
• Track student progress and communicate with parents.
