Teachers will engage with students with varying needs and are compensated up to $32 per hour plus a bonus. Availability during specific hours is required to effectively meet student needs.

Qualifications

• Teachers need experience teaching secondary math or ELA.
• Must be available 8 AM - 10 AM ET on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
• Bi-lingual candidates are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide small group instruction virtually to K-12 students.
• Support high-needs students and advance equity in education.
• Engagement opportunities range from summer academies to remediation support.

Skills

Experience teaching Math or ELA in the classroom

Experience teaching in an online environment

Working knowledge of Google Classroom and Zoom

Ability to teach lower-level HS math or ELA
