Job summary

Tutored by Teachers is seeking US-based teachers to provide virtual, part-time tutoring to K-12 students with flexible hours. The role covers ELA and Math, with a focus on secondary math and 6th–8th grade level, all online across the United States.

Pay is up to $32.00 per hour, plus a 10% bonus; in some engagements rates may vary to $28–36 per hour with bonus. This is not a guaranteed full-time role; staffing depends on school engagements and admission to the TbT Teacher Community.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching Math in the classroom.
• Experience teaching in an online environment.
• Proficient with Google Classroom and Zoom.
• Active teaching credential required.
• Bi-lingual is a plus.
• Secondary math teaching experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual, small-group instruction to K-12 students.
• Deliver ELA and Math tutoring with flexible hours.
• Log session notes and prepare short materials as needed.
