Intuit, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated tax professional to help customers complete their business taxes using TurboTax Live Business. You will manage complex returns for Partnerships and S Corps and explain federal/state tax rules during virtual interactions.

The role requires an active credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney), and you will train extensively while supporting customers during peak filing periods. Remote work available across the United States.

Qualifications

• Strong business tax preparation experience with federal/state returns for partnerships and S corporations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to explain tax concepts to customers.
• Ability to work in a virtual, customer-facing environment with video tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist TurboTax Live Business customers via video/audio to prepare and file returns.
• Provide tax advice and explain tax calculations and extensions.
• Document customer interactions and follow company policies and KPIs.
