About Us:
We’re a national leader in home services, helping homeowners across the country with essential roofing solutions. We’ve built a winning sales process and we’re looking for a Virtual Sales Manager to step in, take ownership, and lead from the front.

Position Overview:
We’re searching for a high-energy, results-driven Virtual Sales Manager to drive performance, close deals, and build their own high-performing sales team. This is not a sit-back-and-manage type of role—this is for someone who wants to be in the action, closing deals, motivating others, and scaling revenue. If you’re money-motivated, self-driven, and hungry to lead a team that wins every day, we want to talk to you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  1. Selling home services virtually to homeowners across the country using our proven sales system.
  2. Leading by example—closing deals and hitting personal sales goals.
  3. Hiring, training, and developing a team of outbound sales representatives.
  4. Coaching your team to master the pitch, overcome objections, and consistently produce.
  5. Tracking performance, setting daily goals, and creating accountability.
  6. Identifying areas for improvement and growth—in people, process, and performance.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in sales (virtual or in-person).
  2. Natural leadership ability—you inspire others and love building strong teams.
  3. High energy, relentless drive, and an obsession with winning.
  4. Ability to think critically, solve problems, and act fast in a high-volume environment.
  5. Someone who thrives on performance-based compensation and wants to earn big.
  6. Not afraid of pressure or a fast-paced, always-closing environment.

Compensation and Benefits:

$90,000 base salary, commission, and aggressive bonus comp plan for your team's success.
Salary increase at 90 days of on-trend performance.
Clear path to $300,000 OTE.
