  • Speak with clients virtually to understand their needs and recommend the right life insurance solutions
  • Work with warm, inbound leads—no cold calls, door-knocking, or chasing friends and family
  • Get licensed—we walk you through every step of the process
  • Follow up with clients and ensure top-tier service before and after the sale
  • Own your schedule and stay accountable to your goals
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and organization

What You Need

  • No insurance experience? No problem. We train you.
  • Driven, coachable, and goal-oriented
  • Strong communicator and good listener
  • Comfortable using Zoom, CRM tools, and working fully online
  • Honest, ethical, and puts clients first
