Job Description

To create revenue for the company by engaging Nonowners via 90-minute virtual tour (video conference) to create opportunities to sell timeshare week(s) to prospects. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Engage prospects who have stayed at a Westgate location resort (renters, exchangers, owner referrals who toured and did not buy or did not tour) and VOA members (Used & Expired) via video conference to present a 90-minute timeshare sales presentation.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and virtual communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Salesforce).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with first-time buyers.
  • Track sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up communications in CRM software.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain a minimum 90-day average net volume of $33,000.
  • Follow up with First Time Buyers.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
  • Take a minimum of two (2) virtual tours per day.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales (virtual sales experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient with CRM tools and online sales platforms.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Comfortable with video calls and other virtual communication tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
  • High School diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or three to six months related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least three to six months of Timeshare or other Sales-related experience.
  • Florida Real Estate License.
