Our innovative respiratory pipeline targets a range of conditions, including non-CF bronchiectasis, cystic fibrosis (CF), and asthma, driven by a commitment to bringing relief to patients navigating the challenges of progressive respiratory conditions.

What You’ll Do
  1. Represent Verona products and services to HCPs and support field reps as needed in a compliant, ethical, and effective manner.
  2. Build relationships with office staff, respiratory therapists, nurses, and others involved in patient care.
  3. Leverage disease state knowledge and market insights to tailor outreach by geography and need.
  4. Cover Respiratory Sales Specialist vacancies nationally.
  5. Demonstrate strong understanding of Patient Access Programs and Specialty Distribution Models.
  6. Use CRM tools and virtual systems to track HCP interactions and manage outreach.
  7. Collaborate regularly with teammates, Regional Sales Directors, and Respiratory Sales Specialists to align strategy and share best practices.
  8. Adapt presentations dynamically for virtual environments.
  9. Use data to guide territory decisions and optimize call frequency.
  10. Perform other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Bring
  1. Bachelor’s degree required.
  2. At least 2 years of sales experience. Success in virtual or phone-based sales preferred.
  3. Proven record of exceeding sales goals in competitive markets.
  4. Strong interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  5. Driven, professional, and self-motivated.
  6. Strict compliance with Verona’s commercial compliance policy, and all applicable federal and state laws and guidance relating to product promotion and information dissemination.
  7. Ability to meet any requirements set by healthcare customers and their facilities for access to those facilities (e.g., vaccination requirements, mask requirements, etc.).
  8. Ability to travel 20–30%.
