This full-time role requires a bachelor’s degree in education or literacy, an active reading intervention certification, and at least 2 years of experience, including supporting students with dyslexia, with hybrid work in AZ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education or literacy required.
• Reading intervention certification or endorsement.
• Specialized training in dyslexia intervention recommended.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver virtual small-group and one-on-one reading intervention sessions for grades 3–8.
• Use reading assessment data to target fluency and comprehension gaps and adjust instruction quickly.
• Differentiate activities across multiple reading levels, including support for dyslexia and related reading difficulties.
• Track progress in a clear, consistent way and use the data to plan the next sessions.
• Run structured motivation check-ins that build confidence, persistence, and pride in growth.
