Job summary

PNC in Scottsdale, AZ seeks a Virtual Premier Banker to lead Mass Affluent client acquisition, retention and revenue growth. You will engage clients virtually, build portfolios, and collaborate with bank partners to deliver tailored solutions.

This role emphasizes relationship management, risk awareness, and ecosystem leadership across the branch network. FINRA licenses and life/health insurance are preferred; strong communication is essential. The position is based in-office in Scottsdale, AZ.

Qualifications

• University degree required; 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, certification(s) and experience may be considered.
• FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses preferred; Life and Health Insurance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to drive Mass Affluent client acquisition, outreach and retention to generate revenue and deepen share of wallet.
• Maintain and expand internal partnerships to drive revenue and growth; manage risk and profitability for the client portfolio.
• Deliver a differentiated client experience from acquisition through onboarding and servicing; perform relationship reviews and pre/post-call planning.
• Own the client relationship and accountability for deliverables; coordinate with ecosystem partners to provide tailored solutions.
