Join IQVIA as a Virtual Pharmacy Tech Support Call Center Rep for a remote contract position. The role involves providing payment assistance solutions such as co-pay cards or vouchers, handling requests like card activation, program eligibility, and troubleshooting submission rejections.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Providing support via telephone, email, fax, or other contact methods.
  2. Assessing and resolving user issues or escalating as needed.
  3. Documenting resolutions and recognizing operational challenges for management.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Pharmacy Technician experience and HIPAA certification required.
  • Call center experience (3+ years preferred).
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

The position offers a pay rate of $18.00 per hour, with a shift from 11:00am to 8:00pm EST / 8:00am to 5:00pm PT. Reside in the same country as the job location to be eligible. The role has potential for conversion to a full-time position with IQVIA.
