Virtual Pharmaceutical Support Representative

You're a proactive problem-solver and have the ability to make customers feel like your friend.

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Virtual Support Representative to join our team. In this role you will serve as a product resource support representative and will be responsible for making outbound calls to support staff in healthcare provider offices. Your primary objective will be to drive awareness of branded pharmaceutical products, encourage sampling requests, and provide guidance on co-pay and affordability programs available to patients.

You will:

  • Conduct outbound calls to healthcare provider offices, focusing on medical assistants, office managers, and support staff.
  • Drive product awareness, promote and facilitate sample ordering by guiding office staff through the process.
  • Provide clear and concise information on available patient support programs, including copay cards and affordability assistance resources.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed outreach and engagement goals set by the team or program leadership.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on messaging and support initiatives.
  • Uphold all compliance standards and maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with company policies.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service/support, call center operations, or related fields
  • 1+ years of virtual customer service/support preferred
  • Familiarity with the healthcare environment is a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Demonstrates initiative; self-motivated & performance driven
