Description

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Virtual Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a product resource support representative, making outbound calls to healthcare provider offices to support staff. Your main goal will be to increase awareness of branded pharmaceutical products, facilitate sampling requests, and guide on co-pay and affordability programs for patients.

You will:

  • Conduct outbound calls to healthcare provider offices, focusing on medical assistants, office managers, and support staff.
  • Drive product awareness, promote and facilitate sample ordering by guiding office staff through the process.
  • Provide clear information on patient support programs, including copay cards and affordability assistance.
  • Keep accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed outreach and engagement goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and support.
  • Maintain compliance standards and patient confidentiality according to company policies.

Minimum requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2+ years in customer service/support, call center operations, or related fields
  • 1+ years of virtual customer service/support preferred
  • Familiarity with healthcare environment is a plus
  • Strong communication skills, able to convey complex information clearly
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Initiative, self-motivated, performance-driven
