Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Virtual Pharmaceutical Sales Representative in Las Vegas to drive inbound and outbound sales and marketing engagements in a virtual pharma environment. You will execute client-directed communications, build relationships, and promote products through e-promotion and strategic interactions.

The role focuses on coverage planning, customer needs, and compliant execution across multiple systems, with preferred virtual/inside sales and healthcare experience.

Qualifications

You proactively identify client challenges and leverage your outstanding relationship-building skills to position, influence, and close new opportunities.

In this role, you will be responsible for inbound & outbound sales & marketing engagements in a virtual pharmaceutical environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute client-directed outbound calls, emails, and virtual strategic interactions with assigned targets and prospective customers to deliver proficient sales presentations
• Develop a daily/weekly call schedule to ensure efficient and comprehensive coverage of assigned targets
• Addressing customer needs and driving sales performance
• Understand and utilize the telephony system to record appropriate information in CRM in accordance with customer business rules and training
• Utilize all marketing and selling materials and clinical data designed for a respective audience
• Effectively identify and monitor multiple local market conditions to build and support strong customer relationships while driving product promotion solutions and executing marketing strategies
• 1+ years’ experience in business-to-business sales
• Self-motivation with strong performance orientation; expert virtual selling skills including customer engagement and relationship-building success via e-promotion
• Effective prioritization and planning while ensuring adherence to compliance guidelines
• Ability to work independently and as a team member while managing multiple tasks across multiple systems

Desired Requirements

• Virtual/inside sales experience strongly preferred
• Healthcare experience preferred
