Job Description
We seek a Virtual Assistant to provide remote administrative support. Responsibilities include handling emails, scheduling, travel arrangements, managing contact lists, organizing meetings, and conducting market research. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize communication via emails and phone calls
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer service
  • Arrange meetings, travel, and accommodations
  • Manage contact lists and calendars
  • Create and review spreadsheets and online records
  • Conduct market research and prepare reports
  • Prepare presentations
  • Assist employees with administrative queries

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years' experience in Virtual Assistance, Data Entry, or similar roles
  • Experience working remotely with relevant technologies like desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Calendar
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • High school diploma; additional qualifications as Data Entry Administrator or Executive Assistant are a plus
