You will observe for falls and self-harm risks, document changes accurately, protect patient privacy, and collaborate with the health care team to uphold compassionate, high-quality care across shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• BCLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date.

Responsibilities

• Watch patients with continuous focus to ensure safety and well-being.
• Identify risks such as falls or self-harm and alert care team promptly.
• Document patient activity and changes with accuracy and clarity.
• Safeguard patient privacy at all times.
