Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-2 years acute care experience preferred.
• 1-2 years CNA/Medical Assistant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains continuous observation of up to 16 virtual patients and reports unsafe activities.
• Notifies nursing staff immediately when assistance is needed.
• Uses two-way audio software to verbally redirect patients to prevent injury.
• Participates in shift hand-offs with detailed patient behavior reports.
• Documents interventions and communications with bedside staff.
• Communicates with hospital personnel when a patient poses risk to self or others.
• Assists in training and competency checks for new staff.
